"The Old Spanish Missions of San Antonio are a chain of five colonial era compounds located in a southern line from the center of downtown San Antonio, TX to the southern edge of the city. They were established in the 18th Century as an outreach of the Spanish Government and the Catholic Church." This conceptual booklet was designed for visitors to gain quick insight into the backgrounds of San Antonio Missions. By overlaying the architectural drawings with old photographs, I wanted the readers to appreciate intricate detail and craftmanship of these historical landmarks. The pattern that I designed for the inside covers is composed of mission windows, and there is an interactive window-to-mission matching game at the end of the booklet.
